Building Notes

Designed for the Platt Development Corporation; the building was planned to include seventeen floors; floors 1-13 were to contain between 13,000-14,000 square feet of office space, and floors 14-16, 8500 square feet; a 2000 square-foot penthouse (with terrace) was located at the top; the three-and-a-half garage levels could accommodate 550 automobiles; the building was to be served with multiple elevators to serve garage, offices on floors 1-13, and offices on floors 14-17; a heliport was planned for floor seventeen, originally.

In 2018, the Los Angeles County Assessor indicated that the land had a value of $31,212,000 and the improvement of $124,848,000, for a total of $156,060,000.
