This two-story brick building stood at 501-503 South Spring Street, the southwest corner of 6th and Spring Streets, in Downtown Los Angeles. In 1890, the city created a new street numbering system, resulting in a change to 601-603 South Spring Street. A broad awning covered the front entrance of the Ralphs Brothers store as well as the New York Bakery situated next door.

Demolished.
