The address was listed as 2405 1/2 1st Avenue in the R.L. Polk's Seattle, Washington, Directory, 1901, (p. 622). In later years, the Hull Building had storefront addresses at 2401-2405 1st Avenue.

Building History

The ubiquitous architect Elmer Fisher (1844-1905) designed the Hull Building for a site on the northwest corner of First Avenue and Battery Street.
