Building History

Mrs. Grant Smith commissioned Arthur L. Loveless to design her two-story French Provincial residence, located for a site on the southeast corner of Willard Avenue and West Comstock Street in Seattle, WA. A pencil sketch of the house was dated 07/19/1926 and 08/14/1926. The sketch was held in the University of Washington Libraries, Special Collections Division.
