The Seattle lumberman, Frederick S. Stimson (born 1868 in Mecosta County, MI-d, 11/24/1921 in Seattle, WA) and his wife Nellie R. Clark Stimson (born 1869 in Muskegon, MI-d. 03/16/1946 in Seattle, WA) established this dairy farm near Woodinville, WA, in 1911.

Building Notes

The Frederick S. Stimson Vacation House and Dairy Farm was placed on the King County and Local Landmarks List in 1983. The estate later became the winery for the Sainte Michelle Vintners, Incorporated.
