In 2012, the seven-story Sentinel Apartments were a condominium contained 28 units, with an average size of 842 square feet. It occupied a lot of 14,410 square feet and contained a 30-stall parking garage. It was one of several modern apartment buildings built in the 1960s just above the new US Interstate 5 that had remarkable views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains looking west.
