Seattle businessmen William Pigott, Jr., (b. 08/26/1895 in Pueblo, CO-05/08/1947 in San Francisco, CA) and his brother, Paul (1900-1961), started this firm in 1942 in the early stages of World War II. The Pacific Car and Foundry Company purchased the firm in 1944.
