This Tudor Revival mixed-use building occupied a corner location at 13th Avenue and Jefferson Street in the First Hill Neighborhood of Seattle, WA. The short-lived architectural association of Huntington and Gould produced this design in 1909. The pseudo-mansard roof was oddly crenellated.
