Located in the rear yard of 10 Chester Place, this gazebo also doubled as an observation deck, as it was two stories in height. An external stairway led up to the open second floor deck. Ashlar masonry covered the first floor, whose surface was obscured by vines. An arched glass door led into the gazebo's interior. Stout wooden brackets supported the wood framing of the second floor which protruded slightly over the first story's stone wall perimeter.
