This electric train car barn and power house had wood frame walls, and long tall windows lighting its sides. The gable ends, were the cars entered the garage, were ornate, and composed of a stepped gable design terminating in a central pedimeted parapet. The gable end featured three garage entryways with sliding barn doors, each topped with a pediment above a blind fanlight. The central door had the grandest design with the tallest pediment and largest blind fanlight decorated with turned balusters. The facility's powerhouse had a tall smokestack.
