The Southwest Builder and Contractor wrote of the Delano Theatre #2: "Delano--Louis Sorensen, Bakersfield, has been awarded contract at $47797 for constructing a brick and terra cotta bank and moving picture theater building at Delano for the Growers Security Bank.
