According to Domestic Engineering magazine, "Architect A. Wheatley, 201 Boston Block, Seattle, is preparing plans for a two-story, 8-room Colonial residence, 42 by 43 feet in size, for Dr. Lockhart, to be located in the North Broadway District. The structure will cost about $8,000, and will be equipped with a hot water heating system."
