A design for a two-bedroom, one-bath residence costing $3,600 was advertised in the Los Angeles Times on 02/02/1941. The house had Regency Revival details and a one-floor plan. As seen from the street, the living room was placed to the right of the main entry, with a dining room, kitchen and service porch set behind it. Two bedrooms were placed in a line to the left of the main entry separated by a full bath.
