Thomas Huot, a venture capitalist, arrived in San Francisco, CA, in 2007. He commissioned the youthful firm of Edmonds + Lee to design his live/work loft space in the Oriental Warehouse Building, erected in 1867. The loft contained 1,500 square feet and was shared by Huot and his girlfriend. Double-D Engineering served as the Structural Engineer. Team Commercial Construction was the General Contractor. Mission Bell Manufacturing produced the woodwork, while Nueva Castilla Company did all steel work for the Huot Unit. K.C. Glass created the glass work.
