Overview

Widow Sarah J. Plummer (d. 02/13/1907) owned at least one rental residence nearby to her own house at 923 James Street, this one built at 511 Terry Avenue in 1900. It was designed by architect John L. Perry.

Building History

Notice of architect John L. Perry's plans for this wood-frame house appeared in the Seattle Daily Times on 05/26/1900. This small notice indicated that the "handsome residence" at 511 Terry Avenue would cost $3,000.

Demolition

The residence was torn down. In 2016, the Ninth and Jefferson Medical Office Building stood on the site.
