Charles Luckman bought this property through the attorney Jerry Geisler, one of CA's best known criminal attorneys of the 1950s. Shortly after buying this valuable "Beverly Hills adjacent" property, its former owner was charged with murder in TX. This small office building was replaced by a high-rise that became known as the "Luckman Building."
