The Seattle architecture firm of Bebb And Gould contracted with the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company to design all of its main telephone exchange buildings in WA State. The three-story Bell Building in Longview, WA, had a first floor of coursed masonry, with the second two floors clad in brick. Bebb and Gould created an interesting amalgam of ornamental features for the building, including Art Deco, Neo-classical and Prairie Style details,
