Overview

This grand, 2-and-1/2-floor Queen Anne Style residence has stood on the corner of West 27th and Magnolia Avenue since the 1890s. The Los Angeles architectural firm of Bradbeer and Ferris designed this residence and several others in the Exposition Park and University Park tracts during the 1890s.
