The $50,000 Lane County Courthouse had its dedication on 05/01/1899; it was a 3-story brick building with a hipped tile roof and Romanesque detailing. A 5-story tower contained a large clock. This third courthouse replaced a second facility built in 1855.

Demolished in 1958; a new Lane County Courthouse was built on this site and parts of adjacent ones.
