4th Avenue and Pike Street, northeast corner.

This store opened in 1948 and was in operation until 1998.

This jewelry store sported a maroon Vitrolite facade on the first floor of the Seaboard Building, and was very visible as one approached Westlake Center on the northeast corner of 4th Avenue and Pike Street. The Vitrolite-faced exterior was very characteristic of retail buildings in the late 1940s and early 1950s.
