The house occupied a desert location in Utah.

Los Angeles architects, Leo Marmol and Ron Radziner, began to design and produce prefabricated houses in the fall of 2005; This house in the Utah desert for a couple was the first of their prefabricated designs.

This prefabricated design had 12 modules, 5 comprising interior spaces and 7 making up outdoor living decks. A group of 15 flatbed trucks hauled the pieces to the Utah site from the Los Angeles-area factory.
