The building had 4 floors and 26 units.

Demolished by fire 10/27/2008; the building had been slated to be torn down to build another 6-story mixed-use condominium/retail project that became so common in the mid-2000s in Seattle, WA. One long-time tenant, an 89-year-old man who had lived in the building since 1969, died in the blaze. He was formerly the building manager and was a fixture in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It took 65 firefighters to get the blaze under control in one hour.
