Andrew Downey Orrick, a former member of the Securities and Exchange Commission, inheried this house from his father in 1966. His father built the house, called Pinewood Edge, by the family.

On 07/16/2006, this two-story, English Country house was offered in the Wall Street Journal for between $20-22 million. At that time, it had eight bedrooms and nine baths, a great room with stone fireplace, a dining room with wood-panelled ceiling and a four-car garage. It was set on the 12th fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links. Pinewood Edge contained 6,450 square feet and resided on 2.34 acres.
