This was the third of three mixed-use projects proposed by the Shoreline, WA-based developer, BlueStar Management Incorporated; the first, Fauntleroy Place, was announced in 2007, and was to get underway in 2008. The second, Gateway Center, was announced in 03/2008, and had a 2009-2011 timeframe. These two were clustered at the intersection of Fauntleroy Way SW and SW Alaska Street. Spring Hill was in the permitting process as of 03/27/2008, and set to be built in the 5000 block of California Avenue SW.
