A Whole Foods Supermarket and a Hancock Fabrics Store signed on as anchor tenants of the new mixed use building. Hancock Fabrics operated a store on this site previously, but it was torn down to make room for Fauntleroy Place. The development was projected to have underground parking and 170 apartments. Whole Foods had terminated its legal agreement with the developer by 07/2010. Unbuilt.
