Located at the intersection of Riverside Drive, Glendale Boulevard and Waverly Avenue.

This clinic was to be a reinforced building set atop a hill, equipped with a roof garden, solaranium [sic], hydrotherapy rooms, anasethesia room, X-ray room, labs, and multiple surgery spaces and delivery rooms. Each patient room was to be equipped with its own bath and have a terrace or balcony.
