This 12-story tower was planned for 1 acre of land at 111th Avenue NE and NE 8th Street. A consolidated project of Tonsing Properties LLC of San Francisco and ProNet Capital LLC of Denver, CO, this tower was to contain 200 luxury condominiums(ranging in cost from $300,000-$800,000) and 10,000 square feet of retail space at street level. An underground parking garage would extend four floors under grade. The owners paid $10 million for the 1 acre parcel and looked to spend an additional $75 million to get the tower built. The first condominiums were to open in late 2009.
