This 59-unit condominium complex was given a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver Certification. The building also featured 6,000 square feet of commercial or retail space on the ground floor. The developers were Pryde + Johnson Green Lake LLC, a husband-and-wife team that specialized in ecologically-friendly housing.
