The ideas of using tolls to pay on State Highway 520 and U.S. Interstate 90 for bridge construction was agreed upon in principle at this time. Additionally, there was agreement that four lanes would be for general-purpose auto traffic, tow lanes for buses and mass transit vehicles and the possibility of two more lanes in the future for rail systems or some other high-volume transportation method.
