"The tower would contain between 65 and 80 condominiums atop four levels of underground parking, said Nitze-Stagen vice president Alan Cornell, the project's manager. The parking would total between 234 and 274 parking spaces, enough for condo owners, the museum and the adjacent Seattle Blood Center, Cornell said."
