"W.A. Maloy is planning to make an improvement on the east side of Fourth Avenue between Spring and Seneca Streets to cost $30,000 by erecting a hotel structure, it being an addition to frame buildings now on the ground. The improvement is to be of brick built under the frame portion. Architect William Kingsley is preparing the plans."
