Rounds & Co., contractors, are having plans prepared by Spalding & Umbrecht, architects, and will soon commence the erection of a four-story reinforced concrete warehouse and factory on their property at Interbay to cost about $80,000. The property faces Thorndyke Avenue and Armour Street and abuts the Great Northern Railway tracks. The description is lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, block 129, Gilman's Addition. The building has been leased and will be occupied as soon as completed."
