Morrell placed an ad in the California Polk-Husted Directory Company's Stockton and Lodi City and San Joaquin County Directory, 1909-1910, p. 5 of advertisements. The Polk-Husted Directory Co's Stockton City and San Joaquin County Directory 1915, (p. 332) listed him as "R.P. Morrell," and indicated that he worked at 210 East Main Street in Stockton.
