Cichanski copyrighted two designs for chairs on 12/17/1976, one called the "Cichanski Chair" and the other the "Rassat Chair," designed with James A. Rassat. They could be used as deck chairs. Relocation

Born in OH, Cichanski moved to Seattle, WA, by the late 1960s. He worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Idaho in Moscow, ID, during the 1968-1970 biennium.

From 1993 until 1999 at least, he and his second wife, Jeanne, resided at 1074 West Lake Sammamish Parkway NE in Bellevue, WA.

He and Jeanne owned a residence in Chelan County, WA, by 1997 at least. He lived in Manson, WA, at 470 Boyd Loop Road and did some farming on that property. This property had been in her family.

He and his wife also owned a house at 240 West Calle Media Luz in Sahuarita, AZ. They built the house c. 2006. (See PimaData.com, "240 W Calle Media Luz," accessed 06/14/2018.)

Cichanski passed away in AZ at the age of 70.
