Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, J. Milton Dyer; remodeled, 1930, Miller & Pflueger.

In recent years the New York, NY-based Equinox Fitness chain took over the Stock Exchange Building, turning it into a huge branch, calling it a "temple of well-being."

Exterior sculpture was done by Ralph Stackpole (1885-1973), done in a Machine Age Classical style; the furniture was purchased from the New York, NY, furniture retailer W. and J. Sloane; the Russian-born, Berkeley architect, Michael A. Goodman (1903-1991), designed the interior.

The San Francisco architectural firm of Miller and Pflueger remodeled the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange in 1930.
