This condominium tower advertised its "five-star" features including "a subterranean wine cave, a private dinner club, concierge services, premium finishes, and expensive terraces." Prices ranged at opening from the mid-$500,000s to over $4 million. It was scheduled to open in Spring 2007. In 2010, a 952-square-foot unit started at $384,000; a 1,607-square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit started at $699,000.
