Single screen theater renovated by the David and Lucille Packard Foundation in 1987; it is one of the nation's best venues for viewing motion pictures produced mostly between 1920-1965; the building seats 1,175; it accommodated 1,454 when first built.

David Woodley Packard acting for the David and Lucille Packard Foundation purchased the theatre in 1987 and restored it into a venue showing classic movies.
