Huston designed this Miesian steel-frame office building around a central courtyard. He made many of the office windows translucent utilizing plastic sheets which featured a filigree pattern, thereby cutting interior glare, thermal intrusion and lighting costs. The office building cost $168,000 in 1962. Thomas Church acted as Landscape Architect; Pregnoff and Matheu, Engineers; Wagner and Martinez, Building Contractors.
