Seven households from Northern and Southern California commissioned this collective housing. Richard Fernau and Laura Hartman served as Principals-in-Charge. David Kau, Tim Gray, Kimberly Moses and Emily Strussi composed the Project Team. Dennis McCroskey served as the Structural Engineer; William Mah was the Mechanical Engineer; Zieger Engineers were the Electrical Engineers; John Furtado was the Landscape Architect for the Collective Housing.
