Overview
Seattle architectural firm Weber + Thompson served as Residential Architect with the Architect of Record, Sclater Partners, on this 31-story mixed-use project. Weber + Thompson designed the 180 apartment residences, while Sclater supervised the design of the 250,000-square-feet of office space and 12,000-square-feet of retail. It was unbuilt.
