Building History

Blaine J. Weber was the Partner-in-Charge of Cristalla for Weber + Thompson; Weber also resided in the building and later served as President of its Board of Directors. This 23-story condominium was erected on land once occupied by B. Marcus Priteca's Crystal Pool; the pool's terra cotta facade was retained in the design of the high-rise. The later design also echoed the dome located on the corner of the earlier natatorium. Construction began c. 06/2003.

Building Notes

Leslie Williams of Williams Marketing, Inc., negotiated the air rights to buildings west of Cristalla, thereby ensuring their views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
