Building located at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Wall Street.

The Seattle City Council passed new zoning plans in March-April 2006 that would abolish building height limits established by the 1989 CAP Initiative. This enabled the construction of taller office and residential towers like the 340-foot 600 Wall Street Tower after April 2006. Designer Blaine Weber sought to give the tower a "Vancouver-like" look.

Unbuilt.
