Designed in July 1919 by Rudolph M. Schindler for Frank Lloyd Wright, while Wright worked at Taliesin; unbuilt; an earlier client of Wright's, Thomas P. Hardy, brought the office a commission for a residential development consisting of 18 houses for working class families; this was to be located on the Root River, near the manufacuring city of Racine, WI;
