Byers designed this Spanish Colonial Revival Style house for the entertainer, King Vidor, (2/8/1894-11/1/1982); Vidor built a number of residences around Los Angeles in the 1920s and 1930s; this house was occupied shortly after Vidor's marriage to Eleanor Boardman in 09/1926.
