This arena, small by 2012 standards, could accommodate 7,000 people, and originally hosted events staged as part of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition (PPIE) held in 1915. In recent years, the hall was renamed to honor music impresario Bill Graham (1931-1991) whose production company staged rock concerts from the 1960s-1990s.
