Alteration

According to the Southwest Builder and Contractor in 1913, architect Norman Foote Marsh (1871-1955), a noted designer of churches, planned a building to house a Sunday school for the 1st Presbyetrian congregation; cost was set at $8500; Marsh had done several other commissions in Azusa three years before, including work for the local Methodist congregation in 1910.
