This building's Italian Renaissance Revival styling bears some resemblance to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York by York and Sawyer, (1919-1924) on Maiden Lane in that city's Financial District; Kelham also worked on the Los Angeles headquarters for Standard Oil in 1923-1924.
