Notice of this project, which went unbuilt, appeared in newspapers and magazines in 1927.

Building Notes

Unbuilt. Priteca and Sonnichsen designed this theatre for F.B. Cole. The theatre was to be aligned with the Pantages circuit and was located within a three-story building with stores and offices.

Priteca did many designs for the Greek immigrant Alexander Pantages (c. 1867-1936) between 1911 and 1929.
