Warner commissioned a 70 x 125 foot venue in diameter; the owners spent $45,000 on furnishings; J.H. Woodworth and Son was the building contractor, and the architect, Kenneth Gordon, worked as an employee of this firm. An earlier building on the site was utilized as the theatre's lobby. A brick panel that supported rooftop signage has been removed. the Warner Egyptian Theatre was being remodeled in 2003 to be re-used as the "Oasis Theatre," a project that was not completed. In 2009, this venue was considered in serious danger of demolition.
