This design was re-worked to fit a site in Mount Vernon, NY;

Litton Industries, headquartered in a Paul Willimas-designed office building in Beverly Hills, CA, commissioned Ellwood to design a factory in New Rochelle, NY; just after the design process, Litton re-directed Ellwood to re-design a similar factory for an existing Litton site in Mount Vernon, NY; both were unbuilt;
